Here is a complete list of our papers in the area of evolutionary computation and machine learning. We have mainly worked on sustainable evolutionary algorithms, genetic programming, computational synthesis, automated design of mechatronic systems, automated synthesis of bond graphs, GPBG. We proposed the Hierarchical Fair Competition (HFC) model for sustainable evolutionary search. It provides a convincing explanation of the premature convergence of many kinds of heuristic search algorithms including simulated annealing, swarm optimization, ant colony algorithms.
